We want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may request a return or refund within 30 days of purchase.
To be eligible for a refund:
Your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it.
Proof of purchase (such as a receipt or order confirmation) is required.
Notify us at lily@jadeplantdesign.com before sending return.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you and process your refund to your original method of payment. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
